It was only in 2016 when she woke up trending on social media platforms such as whatsapp and facebook after her video making jokes with her brother in law went viral.She took that chance and started making comedy skits with her husband and sister in law who was popularly known as Tete Mirinda.
By 2017 she was already a big brand and the most successful internet sensation who was booked by almost every big company in Zimbabwe.There was a she was leading almost all brand campaigns nationwide and she was always crediting her husband for being the best manager and being the brains behind the successful marketing team.
In 2020 she ventured into the South African and Nigerian film and television industry .She was featured in movies that are on Netflix, Africa Magic and the famous South African Broadcasting Channels.These helped her get on the global stage and she became the first African to win the E! People’s Choice Award for Social star in Los Angeles.She won the award together with Kim Kardashian who won the best Fashion icon award and Khloe Kardashian who won the Best reality tv personality.
